Valentine de Lasteyrie, born in 1983, is a dynamic leader currently serving as the CEO of Albingia in France. With a strong foundation in public affairs and strategic communications, Valentine has cultivated a remarkable career that spans multiple sectors, including consulting, investment, and public service.

Valentine’s educational journey began with a Master’s degree in Public Affairs from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, where she developed a keen understanding of public policy and governance. She further enhanced her expertise by earning a Master in Public Administration from the prestigious Harvard Kennedy School from 2011 to 2013. This rigorous academic background has equipped her with a robust skill set encompassing public relations, crisis communications, political communication, and strategic communications.

Her professional trajectory includes pivotal roles such as a communications advisor in a ministerial office from 2008 to 2010, followed by a senior consultant position at Publicis Consultants. In 2014, she joined Fiblac as a Partner and Investment Director, where she played an instrumental role for nearly a decade. At Fiblac, Valentine championed impact investing, focusing on ventures that align with ethical and cultural values while supporting French small businesses. Under her leadership, the firm made significant investments across diverse sectors, including agritech, e-commerce, real estate, and more, all grounded in principles of sustainability and social responsibility.

Since 2020, as the General Manager of Albingia, Valentine has continued to drive innovation and strategic growth, ensuring the company’s commitment to impactful investments. Her leadership style is characterized by visionary entrepreneurship and a dedication to fostering independent thinking.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Valentine is deeply committed to social causes. Since 2011, she has served as a patron of the Frateli Association, supporting initiatives that empower young people. In 2019, she co-founded the Sista Collective, an organization focused on promoting women entrepreneurs and increasing diversity within the startup ecosystem, and currently serves on its Board.
