Franck Alix Georges Riester, born on January 3, 1974, in Paris, is a prominent French politician renowned for his extensive contributions to both cultural and economic sectors. He most recently served as Minister Delegate for Parliamentary Relations under Prime Minister Élisabeth Borne from 2022 to 2024. Prior to this, he held significant roles, including Minister Delegate for Foreign Trade and Economic Attractiveness in the administrations of Prime Ministers Jean Castex and Élisabeth Borne from 2020 to 2022.
Riester’s political journey began in the National Assembly, where he represented the fifth constituency of Seine-et-Marne from 2007 to 2018.
